whatever data they have, they cannot legal use it to mine LC as far as KRY's case is open and waiting for arbitration final results. KRY develloped the data with SNC Lavalin and paid for. All this data belongs to KRY by law. China will never excape integrity and use iligal data and documents only to save some money. A setlement/resolution with KRY has to be made first and order to use this data and develop LA.
