I agree. This stock trading has never been an issue with any of us anyway. The concept that management and Tenor has a way of tricking the court out of paying the shareholders a part of the judgement makes no sense. One of the main reasons Fung persuaded the court to accept his company into the bankruptcy system was the fact that he was attempting to save shareholder value. I am sure the court has not lost sight of that main tenent.
