I would agree with that statement.

I think the broader group is trying to determine if it now over and if there is anything to finish.

I wonder from month to month if the company even has funds to argue this arbitration. That is my one and only care. If they can't even fund showing up for hearing all it lost.

Hearing they cannot complete even basic paperwork makes me think it is over. Hopefully at that point I can buy all the shares and fund the arbitration myself without all the salaries chewing up the remaining funds.
