I'm not sure why this type of debate is occuring. If we all take a step back, I think that we would agree on one thing. None of us know for 100% certainty where we stand. This includes, 1. Commons are wiped out. 2. Commons will stay in the game. Both sides of this debate are asking for due diligence which may not answer this question. JC, I think that you are being questioned because the absence of a PR or a definition of revoke does not necessarily mean that the commons are wiped out. If you have DD facts on this, please provide them. Just my opinion, but when such a strong statement is made about shareholders being wiped out, please make sure that you ARE 100% sure that a fact is being stated. Words like usually, may, most-likely do not support 100% certainty. Emotions are running high. Hopefully, we can all be sensitive to that.
