Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
Are you saying no PR disclosing what is really going on, is a good thing? Ok.
Actually, what I wrote (to paraphrase) was commons are toast, shares cancelled, with the caveat that shares may be fungible in the Canadian Market. Or something like that. I may be wrong, but I feel that the JoeNormal everyday investor would discover similar information when their US common stock gets revoked, and call it a loss. But, JoeNormal would wait and see what OSB/TSX does because shares might be fungible in Canada.
But, Ok, assuming revoked shares have rights to whatever surprises there may be down the road, but, which Crystallex never mentions. So, JoeNormal gets tired of seeing those revoked shares showing that zero value on their screen, and requests their broker get rid of them to take a tax loss. Later JoeNormal hears about the company windfall and the previously revoked shares benefit? Why, exactly, would Crystallex want to keep this possibility a secret?
I understand that, in your opinion (and other's) the DD provided is weak. But, it was provided. And, a quick search shows plenty of links with very similar information. If you have DD facts on revoked common shares automatically becoming unregistered shares with rights, benefits, etc., etc., please provide links. Don't want JoeNormal to miss out.
I may have implied many things, but never used the term, "wiped out." Emotions running high? Apparently, me been slapped upside the head with a dumb stick and am too much of an ignoramous to mess with folk's emotions. Although, it is nice to have that long-time rumor of, "bashing for cheapies," monkey off my back. Obvious now - Just another rumor.
Regardless, hope it all works out.
