Pkwic, you are right , that Finskiy is probably acting on behalf of his mentor, Prokhorov. But you can rest assured that this deal (i.e. the theft of our CMM shares) WILL NOT GO THROUGH!! Don't you see, we don't want worthless WTG paper. If not by our votes, then these guys will be stopped by our laws/courts. Period. They either will have to play by our rules, or pack up their chips, and play somewhere else (maybe on the Siberian Stock Exchange??).
