The latest numbers, from the March 11 arrangement agreement, are given as:

(i) 408,327,445 Century Common Shares (and associated rights under the Century
Shareholder Rights Plan);

(ii) Century Options to acquire an aggregate of 14,760,000 Century Common Shares;
and

(iii) Century Warrants and Century Compensation Options (taking into account the
common share purchase warrants issuable upon exercise thereof) to acquire an
aggregate of 48,308,402 Century Common Shares.

As for outstanding WTG shares, from the arrangement agreement:

As at the date hereof, there were outstanding 114,880,210 White Tiger Common Shares.
