Aparently the most recent numbers ( after warrants being exercised) rounded are:

WTG...115M shares

CMM...434M shares

Merged company 289M shares.

The web site numbers are out of date.

The point I was trying to make is that a CMM shareholders percentage ownership drops by 40% with the merger.

I hope my calculation is correct. I get the following:

.023% now

.0138% after merger

This I believe is a 40% difference.

Please correct my math if I got this wrong.
