Imnironman, you've gotta be kidding me right??? You didn't even write the biggest reason there's a big arb spread?!? I thought you work on wall street. The biggest reason for the spread is because of the lack of borrow to short wtg shares. If investors could short wtg, I would have personally closed the spread already.
