Once you sober up, please feel free to give us your thoughts as to why they are talking about doing it then. Actually, Falcon said in their news release the main reason why they were doing it.

"Formation of Unit: Falcon, ExxonMobil and MOL all recognize the significant potential benefits, from an operating efficiency and technical analysis standpoint, of combining all or a portion of their jointly-owned interest into one unit."

...and I think they were told to come to an agreement by the Mining Bureau.

In other words, why are they taking about unitization? Because they have to. Final answer :)
