Developing large acreage positions of unconventional and conventional oil and gas resources
4 -3 - 2- 1 = Time ie., present value
you need land, you need exploration, you need exploration, you need sismeic, you need interpation, you need resources, you need field work with lots of money, you need analysis, you need reserves, you need production, you need promotion
the more time goes on the more you know and if "if" it is there the more value it has - sometimes you have to redo the steps to get it right - sometimes you have to wait for new technologies to take advantages of the resource available, ie., with the Balkkens the shale oils have been known for many decades to have the energy present but the world had to wait for the developement and application of fracing and drilling tecniques to allow the resources to be produced and have reserves. Falcons' Hungry resources will be someday be advanced to production with reserves, this has been the history of oil production.
A little extra time in this stage of the Aussie analysis will result in synery for Falcon and its future partner and result in resources to become reserves . Patience required at this stage.
