Unfortunately, this is the exact reason why he will never have to "get out". The only way he'll be forced out is if the big money decides so. But they never will because he'll do anything and everything to cater to them. Why else would they settle for having such a fool running this company? He's got absolutely no direction or sense of leadership, but what he does have is the ability to bend over backwards when told.
