This PoS just diluted the company by another 30-40 million shares! (They don't even specify the ratio of common to flow-through in this NR) I'm in absolute awe of his complete and utter stupidity. His ignorance is like the 8th wonder of the world.

Not to mention that this will further dilute the Magpie spin-off....IF it ever actually happens. Peter Smith, how do you look at yourself in the mirror?
