It does seem an odd way to do things. Which makes me think there has to be a rationale reason for it. At the same time, if your holding good cards you dictate the play and a pp at this level doesn't seem like some one playing from strength. What ever else this maybe, it is for sure a shame. Maybe Peter really isn't in control and this is meant to motivate us to sell before great news? I don't know though.
