they DO NOT interview Peter - the stock will go to -2 cents if he talks.

need somebody with savvy and vision and will talk up values of properties

peter is overly cautious and feaful of the securites police throwing him in jail... like that idea.

people would not get a clear and concise picture of the story.

please tell me it's not Peter...
