So management changes have no place in public companies? We should be stuck with the same management forever no matter how terribly they treat shareholders? I don't think you understand how public companies work. For you to compare a much-needed management change to a take-over at a 0% premium is absurd.

Tell me, please, what would you say this company is today, if not an unorganized, aimless, non-shareholder-oriented, hobby company for a geologist who has no idea how to provide value for shareholders? Please, I would love for you to enlighten me here. You're talking about this company as if it's actually getting ANY respect from the market. WAKE UP! IT ISN'T! And you think we can change that by maintaining the status quo? Explain to me how keeping the same management will lead us to a higher share price. Please. Explain.
