I disagree with, in particular, re the current state of the stock price - it has basically tracked the TSXV, got hit like every other junior and particularly those in industries with large capital requirements and those companies that are incubators. Not atypical of this cycle.

Yet this company is on the cusp on some really great things.

I have seen nothing yet that shows why the proposed slate has any particular strength, and in fact, I would be concerned about them as a board given it's composition, don't see any thing worth voting for there.
