Is this "such a sneaky way to take control of a company somebody else buit up"? I think that it is indeed opportunistic, but could and should of been foretold a long time ago. It has been the mismanagement and ineptitude of our directors that have placed FNC in its' current increased state of vulnerability , beyond that effected by the downturn in the TSX-V.

Mr. Smith has spread our company too thin by operating on too many fronts (grassroots exploration programs) as many have already alluded to. He should of focused on advancing a flagship property. And most of us (including myself) should share in the blame for not having taken a more of an investor activist role by demanding change and accountability sooner.

Teleprobe performed a yeoman's work , but I suspect that many of us unfortunately had blind faith that our C.E.O. had enough business savvy to steer this company properly, despite a history which strongly suggested otherwise. So yes, I suspect that the vultures and jackals may be circling and hovering, but what else are they to do...it is their nature. Our illustrious leader might as well have smeared his entire body in blood and hung a "Please Eat Me" sign around his neck, and walked out into the woods...hopefully once their bellies are satiated, they'll leave some bones for us to forage for...
