Resource projects cover more than 1,713 km2 in three provinces at various stages, including the following: hematite magnetite iron formations, titaniferous magnetite & hematite, nickel/copper/PGM, chromite, Volcanogenic Massive and gold.
I disagree....The stock has good upside potential, but only once projects move forward or the market improves...look at Champion....I further think we may be missing some possible current momentum due to the railway announcement, had it not been for this proxy battle
I think that if Granger prevails he is likely to do a financing to reimburse himself for out of pocket expenses associated with the takeover attempt....as well as whatever further $$ are needed to move projects forward.....and let's not forget about the stock options for the new team....I give them a week for that one...due to all this dilution, we may have to do a reverse stock split as well sometime soon
If there is a change in management, many will sell as any potential increase in market cap will be offset by the impending massive increase in the number of shares....therefore, little if any stock price increase
I am willing to wait longer for better upside
