Resource projects cover more than 1,713 km2 in three provinces at various stages, including the following: hematite magnetite iron formations, titaniferous magnetite & hematite, nickel/copper/PGM, chromite, Volcanogenic Massive and gold.
I think Peter cares about the shareholders He just does not have the skills necesaary to advance the company at this stage in its development Working with people who bring alternative perspectives is not Peters strong suit This proxy fight could hsve been in avoided if Peter had sat down with Granger insead of firing him There were many weeks that he did not return Gangers calls and made arbitrary decisiuons without consulting Granger even though Granger was the chairman of the Board I have spoken to many knowlegable investors including some well known to this board thay all agree that voiting for the new team is a no brainer Granger shoud be commended for the caliber of the members of the board that he has assembled
I have sympathy for Peter I probably know him for more years than anyone elese on this board But I am convinced that FNC needs a new managmnent tram and above all need to function in way that follows the rules of corporste governance Peter skirts the rules when they do not suit his purposes IMO This put the company at great risk
