Hi everyone.
I just want to let you know I support Peter’s actions against new management. I know there are a lot of unhappy folks out there that haven’t gotten the return on their investment they hoped for. What I can say is that in my opinion Peter has genuinely done the best he could to safeguard our company and to try and grow it. I’ll leave it to you to judge, but our colossally undervalued asset base became massive under his watch. I really believe his intentions have been to do well for shareholders even if our stock price doesn't reflect it.
Intentions aren’t enough though right? It is fair to say we could use a lot of help on the marketing and people side of the business. Yes, there have been major failings and mistakes in the past, and we all want legitimate issues of this nature to go away. We want to be better informed. What we desperately need is a new board of directors with representation from investors, and Peter should be on the board focused on the exploration side of things but not President & CEO. We need a new ringleader that is excellent with people and PR, somebody to work with the team of directors to advance our projects and properties, and somebody who works with the investors. We need a group of people who will work together, and not against each other. I think most of us could agree on this.
I’ve come to the conclusion that the new team we have is not what we need. First of all, cancelling the AGM is a power move so they can make decisions without our support and to railroad things through. No responsible team would ever do that. It’s a sneaky trick they are utilizing due to the pandemic to wrangle control of Fancamp out of our hands. It’s obvious. Secondly, we’ve just seen 6 million plus more shares added in a flow through financing. New management has shown their colours. If they were looking out for us they would never have done it. How many micro cap companies have you seen in the last 10 years where they print share after share and then do rollovers and continue the process? How many of these companies have been fleeced and are delisted now? We already have funds available so why print more? You know the answer. In addition, the three we have at the helm do not have good reputations at all. The information is out there if you want to go look for it.
I would suggest that if you have a substantial holding of shares you let Peter know if you already haven't. His number and email are out there. We have a fight on our hands, but if we work together we can overcome it and have a company we all are excited about. That would be a big win for us all and put us in the best position we’ve ever been in.
