Yes, I agree with you. But why was he invited to join? By whom? If his reputation is so tainted, why invite him to join your board of directors?

Seems bizarre...

That's the part I don't understand...

I personally think FNC needed new management, I am willing to give them a chance to execute their strategy. So far, at least they have a strategic plan....
