Respectfully, I believe that Agoracom has missed the point of the proposed changes. The proposed changes have nothing to do with "excessive posting". I don't even understand where that notion came from.

The issue at hand, IMHO, is unsubstantiated accusations and incinuations. If I constantly insuate that poster "X" is basher "Y" without any concrete, credible, verifiable proof or a clear rationale, I call that abuse or bullying. I think that ranks several orders of magnitude above say Rule #6 (Caps Lock on).

I also do not see any case for ruling that the ban of the poster in question is 'excessive'. Two different Hub Leaders independently chose to ban her.

Re-instating this poster will have a very predictable outcome in my opinion and I strongly urge Agoracom to re-consider this move. I can't help but think that this runs against the spirit and intent of the 6 Rules, the Hub Leader moderator system and respect for Agoracom members that wish to discuss investing matters in a safe, adult manner.
