Snezzer you said: "The following few months will determine what our share price will be for the next pp (which I believe will not happen until 2011 sometime)."
I disagree. Why would they wait until they're desperate before trying to arrange a financing?
I think management is smarter than that. I find it hard to believe that there won't be a financing before year's end. Just my opinion.
My reasoning comes from both looking at the facts, paying attention to the character and comments of management, and listening to fellow investors smarter and closer to the play than I.
Facts: Company has over 2 million bucks cash in its coffers, with 4.8 million options at .26 and 18 million warrants at mostly .25 but some at .15. Some of these are going to be exercised and that will add more money to the accounts. I know this because I personally will be exercising some warrants in the near future. Either way, we have almost 2.3 million bucks. At a burn rate of around $300K per month, we will still have well over a million bucks at year end, without considering more money from warrants or options. You may call that "desperate", but considering what kind of blue sky we're sitting on here... I call that a worthwhile risk?
From what I've seen and read and heard of Candido I believe that he truly wants full value for his shareholders, which means getting the next financing at the greatest possible price.
Finally, there are people far smarter than I invested here that are not expecting a pp short term.
So there you go... I've explained my opinion. That's all it is. But I'm sticking to it until something changes. In the end a financing will have to be done, of course, and if it's not at the price I'm hoping for, c'est la vie.
Cheers to all,
