the best time to do a PP is when you do not need the money but indeed know that you will in the future.

in other words: when you have somewhere between 1 to 2 miilion and are currently drilling...

ever try going to a bank to borrow money when your bank account is empty? it's not a pleasant expearience.

it's the same issue for juniors.
