If only we could rely on regulators to clean up this mess. As Jim Sinclair has pointed out the regulators have completely and utterly failed to enforce existing securities laws, though neglect, lack of will to take action or whatever lame duck excuse. We will only see action taken against the perpetrators of stock manipulation, naked shorting, and a host of other crimes, if we take it upon ourselves to stop these shenanigans. That's where Sinclair's Chamber of Mines comes into play. Hundreds of thousands of mining companies banded together in a single force, launching several suits in a court of law, will take down the scumbags who hide in the shadows. These will be major lawsuits totalling in the Billions that will attract widespread media attention not unlike the coverage seen during the heyday of the Enron and WorldCom trials. Point is only when the magnitude of collusion between the Hedge Funds & Financial entities is laid out for all to see in the mainstream press, will the regulators finally act to tighten up enforcement. At the end of the day it will be interesting to see how the regulators will be called to account for their utter neglect in patrolling the juniors for years on end. No matter, what we need is a good shakeup of the status quo and it is coming not a day too soon.
