Perhaps...what you may think is "radical" only begins to scratch the surface.

Think of a Heroin addict in a sudden withdrawal scenario...(Do U first get him off the Heroin, then find him a job?...impossible?...or do U just let him die?)...heavy choices...multiply by ONE BILLION+ addicts!
