But I keep open to the idea of buccal / sublingual insulin as a competative threat somewhere down the road. Personally, I think MNKD has this beat hands down and it is light years ahead. So odds are we have no competition for at least 5 years. But never say never. There was a time when anything but injectable insulin was ludicrous...
