The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation with
respect to a non-brokered private placement, announced on Oct. 31, 2007.

Number of shares:  1,071,426 flow-through common shares

Purchase price:  28 cents per flow-through common share

Warrants:  535,713 warrants to purchase 535,713 common shares

Warrants exercise price:  40 cents per share for a period of 12 months
following the closing of the private placement

Number of hidden placees:  three placees

Finder's fee:  First Canadian Securities, a division of Limited Market Dealer
Inc., received a finder's fee of 42,857 common shares and 107,143 options to
acquire 107,143 units of the private placement over a 12-month period
following the closing of the private placement at a price of 28 cents per
unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one common-share
purchase warrant. Each whole warrant may be exercised at a price of 40 cents
over a one-year period following the closing of the private placement.

The company has confirmed the closing of the above-mentioned private
placement.
