No that is not what I have said. What I have said is that if it's not published in a news release then don't put much if any store in verbal assurances.  What Nemis might say in a conversation is his opinion and you can't hold him to this the same way you could if he puts the same information out in a news release. All he'd have to say is sorry I made a mistake or honestly thought differently.
