MEO has two options in tapping the oil in the blowout zone:

1. Recompleting JB #1. MEO has the rights to this well now!

2. Logging, evaluating, drill stem testing, and flow testing JB #2 as a multi-zone well (including the blowout zone). The total flow should be 800 bpd + oil from other zones (possible) + gas from other zones (probable). MEO can then complete and put this well into production.

Once the well flows it cannot be stopped without problems because the oil contains paraffins. Chemicals must be injected to ensure a continuous flow of oil.

MEO needs to log JB #2 before drilling two more wells. They can log JB #2 at the same time they are drilling the next two wells or as a separate action before they drill.
