and it takes an additional 15 days now in TN to get their permit....as we saw on the TN oil/gas assoc Jan list of permits...no new request by MEO.. ...and a point back to the prev notes on world oil.....note Russia is now a major player...with major reserves.....the cold war was lost but looks like the new game for them is an oil war....
