lol panamax I have no idea!,,,I would think that with this kind of news people would be holding their shares looking for the SP to rise,,,instead it does pretty much nothing,,,what do the people want to hear before the SP will rise?,,,at this time IMHO  the SP is greatly under-valued,,,in the immediate future there is the potential for 5, yes 5!, producing wells,,,it has me baffled,,,
