Thank you for the summary. It just seemed that we've gone round and round on this. Per your response, there are still open questions with regard to both issues. I was just wondering if I had missed something absolutely conclusive. Apparently not.

Both issues are somewhat dumbfounding: part of NEC settling, part not (illogical), with prejudice on our claims/without prejudice on their counterclaims (illogical again).

Just seeking clarity.....that isn't there.
