agree with some of your comments, and really don't ubderstand why you're giving this so much attention.  It is fairly obvious that Agora provides a valuable service for PTSC longs (like those holding a large aggregate percentage of outstanding shares).  How do they assure that this service remains available?  They throw them a bone, and get something for themselves in return. Yup, it may squelch some moaning by longs, but for a trivial cost, while promoting the stock in a fairly subtle way (per "the plan").

What really got me was this: "Most of Patriot’s competitors in the intellectual property space are private companies".  What planet are you on? Sorry, but that statement couldn't be more wrong.  I would venture to say that 95% of all patents are held by publically traded corporations, and therefore most licensing is done by them.

These things I'm pretty sure of.  Apologies for getting up on the wrong side of the bed this morn.
