And we continue to be in friendly disagreement - "agree to disagree" mode.

We don't KNOW whether the warrants are all gone yet. Until they are gone, a PR blitz will likely fail due the market seeing good news, brief PPS rise, rise stunted (by S&L selling). Gives the appearance of a pump and dump - and I personally respect PTSC's restraint so as not to blatantly give this appearance (though the "appearance" is there in the necessary PRs that have come out).

Watch the trading pattern today. See what happens. However, it is unfortunate that the overall market is ailing today (DOW currently down 163, Nas down 36), clouding our vision, i.e., is selling pressure coming from S&L, or is it just traders selling PTSC to gain funds to cover margin calls on other securities in their portfolio that are tanking? So I don't think that today's trading will answer the question "are the warrants gone?".

In any case, we continue to agree to disagree. However, once we KNOW the warrants are gone, I'll join your chorus.

I also note that today you give the impression that you think there is a strong possibility of this instant litigation actually going to trial. That may not have been your intent, necessarily. I plan to post another message re: my thoughts of the current "most likely scenario" for the coming weeks. That'll open a debate....
