Ron, I agree with most of your statement on this but this one exception:

"If the case in Texas is lost, PTSC will likely cease to exist as we know it." 

The statement above in my opinion is not nearly as certain as it would seem. For example, if you were to tell me a few years ago we would have settled or brokered deals with some of the companies we have (even at the dollars of the agreements) I would have said our SP would probably be at $3 - $5 easy. I would have said this just because of the name recognition of these companies. I would have been wrong of course since we are sitting at .55!  

The truth is we just can't predict what is going to occur out of Texas. If we win or lose we just do not know at this point.
