But Ron, just think, in my preferred approach to the PR thing (essentially do as they appear to be doing - nothing - until that landmark event), the "David and Goliath" story could still be told, but with one big difference - WE become Goliath and the infringers become the David.  Better story?  Better investment?

And looking at your #1 scenario, wouldn't it be a little slimey to pump via PR in the case where we fail in court?  It's almost like "suckering" new investors in....to disaster.  But the scenario has merit assuming we win, one way or another, in TX.
