Again...  Brian has signed an NDA... He cannot/will not share info that could possibly hold him guilty of breeching that NDA...  that includes contribution to this board, and any communication privately away from it.  Brain is smart enough not to take a chance and jeopardize himself in anyway.  Personally I do not know the extent of Brian's relationship with Turley.. I would guess they are familiar with each other and have been for sometime.. I assume that Brian is still on the Advisory Board and functioning in that capacity, tho I actually do not know... but regardless I figure he is still bound by the NDA.  

Do I/we miss Brian's contribution here, especially in his original form.. absolutely.. but there are no more warrants.. no more repricing.. no more debentures (tho much of the BOD remains)..  What we miss here is diverse & multiple legal opinions, esp given our current position... that he, and Ron also, would help lead us thru...
