Ladies and gentleman.....we have 2 new pacers. The first is jointly filed by the plantiffs and defendents to execute a stay for 30 days. The second in immediately back from the judge granting the stay.

This can mean only one thing......SETTLEMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have won in Texas.....only the details remain!!!!!!!
