Trial date is January 8th.

Why would they stay all action for 30 days this close to the Trial date and right before the Christmas Holidays when attorney's fee INCREASE exponentially?

That leaves 39 days to get everything done for trial assuming no one takes any time off for Christmas or New Years.

I'm hoping it's a settlement happening.  But that's all I can base my feeling on is HOPE.  And I have endless amounts of that.  lol
