"Simple question YorN, when this case is "resolved" will the Js be on the hook for the '584."

I am not SGE...but...IMO..which is worth nothing....depends. LOL IMO, when the case is resolved, the "584 will not be resolved. I have to agree with SGE because the "584 is no longer part of the suit. NOW, of course we can dangle the entire MMP in front of the J's during the settlement process, and if they bite....than of course the "584 would no longer be an issue as far as the J's are concerned..but based on what we know...the "584 is not in question at this time.
