To answer your question with one word...because I know you want a direct answer...yes. (:  But...IMO...I think it is a given that the J's will want to be off of the hook for the "584 as a result of a settlement.....and that we will want the J's  to remain on the hook after a settlement to put even more pressure on ARM. So, to answer you original question....depends...money talks....for the right price yes, not enough $$ means no. AIMO.
