Bill, I believe you are correct. This also plays into the presaent scenario. Remember, Judge Ward is the Emperor. He does not appreciate outside forces telling him what to do. There is politics here and I don't like the idea that PTO is making everyone squirm.

Hopefully, it is enough irritation for an MSJ.
