We continue to rake in more cash with sigining after signing and no one is interested in buying?????

This is the biggest mystery to me. How much cash do we have to accumulate before the buying starts?? Most stocks go up on a "rumor" that they may land a license -we don't go up when it actually happens. Sorry to vent - I just don't get it.
