Reuters reports the number of common shares in the increments in the billions. That is Point 39 billion common shares outstanding.

I think new potential investors may not notice the decimal point placed immediately before the 39 and may think this small company is just like all the other OTC stocks...extremely dilluted.

I hope this doesn't scare people off.
