IMO the only thing holding back many Institutional buyers is the restriction they have re not buying penny stocks. By virtually any measure you would like to use, PTSC has above average financials and above average potential, with relatively trasparent and clean books.
If PTSC had done a reverse split, we now would have a PPS that meets institutional buyer requirements. Can you imagine what our PPS and P/E would go to if institutional buyers were after 50 to 70% of the shares? Remember, we are now at 0% institutional ownership. The average institutional ownership for S&P500 companies is 71%.
This may be one of the single biggest factors affecting PPS - and IMO it could be fixed.
