Re your response - not until:

(1) There is a clear victory in East TX and USPTO thumbs up.

(2) Volume goes up like it did in 2006

(3) Real signs of growth.

You have to earn your way to the Nasdaq. Anyone who sneaks on one way or the other will inevitably fail. I think we will complete 1-3 in 6 weeks. All IMO.

My reply:

(1) There will always be some new hurdle. The East Tx issue will be one of many - all companies suffer ongoing obsticles and hurdles. PTSC is in a very good position now, even without a settlement.

(2) Share volume is important. The more big buyers (instituitions)that can participate the better.

(3) Growth I agree with, but this could take 3 or more quarters to demonstrate. If the PPS goes up but remains below the Institutional buyers' penny-stock threshold a lot of money will be sitting on the side lines - wanting to buy a high value company now.

Reverse splits work for good companies with good finacials - because it brings in big buyers looking to buy as much as 70% of the oustanding stock. That would be big volume.

It seems we may have to agree to disagree on this one.
