Swartz probably doesnt not have the insider information on the deals. I suspect he has some arrangement in place with his broker to sell on any/all news eg. Licenses ect.....

Im willing to give the benefit of the doubt that they are not crooks....despite their "easier" access to the information....

I am also not navie to the fact that off the record some information might be disclosed....
