"How many of us (if we had the money) would sink $55,000,000 into PTSC when Swartz did?"

gcduck posted this same thing yesterday and nothing could be further from the truth. PTSC basically had a line of credit with Swartz at one time for $28 million and I'm assuming based on the numbers you guys are throwing around probably $27 million the other time. However, my best recollection is that PTSC never borrowed, or owed, more than around $5 maybe $6 million to Swartz. Taking into consideration Swartz constant repricing of shares (thereby getting additional shares from PTSC) I would guess Swartz never more than a few million at risk at any one time.
